As the title indicates, four good-looking Mamacitas, presumably Brazilian, get both holes plugged. Opening with a Spanish language interview, each woman takes on two guys and rides the double penetration train. Double penetration action takes the front stage, with blowjobs and facials bringing up the rear.

Fans of d.p. action will enjoy this release. However, there are a few issues that should be noted. Not a lick of English is spoken, and while this is neither good nor bad, there is no disclaimer on the DVD cover, which is printed in English, of this fact. Also, while the women are interviewed, quick flashes of the ensuing d.p. action are shown. Some may consider this a tease, while others may deem it a spoiler. The actresses are pretty sweet, but the dudes aren't in the same league.
