A boatload of bonus features and some decent action give customers more than enough bang for their bucks. Then again, if we're to judge this series by its theatrical value a refund is in order - with interest!
Obviously patterned after Tarantino's infamous chop-sockey duo, this version is everything (and less) than you'd expect from people who have no business attempting to weave dramatic silk from an ineffectual sow's ear.
Played as a parody it presents no intentional laughs. Played straight it fails like a FEMA rescue.
When Sharon Kane blithely walks into Darby's tiny living room, the latter (who's masturbating) simply looks up and says, "you look like my dead mother" with an expression usually reserved for unfinished statuary. Kane then proceeds to launch into the most convoluted (not to mention unnecessary) explanation before attempting to seduce her newfound niece. Such lesbian encounters (including an early hog-tying session with Scar) fare miserably as sexplay.
Retailing: Numerous extras and Kane's faithful following are the angle to exploit.
