The fact that the knickers don't drop until eleven minutes into this short video should tell you one thing: somebody loves the sound of their own voice. In this import it has a British accent. "Mr. Simons," a tallish chap fancies a profitable sale of his painting. (Being that his modest apartment is barely large enough to house said valuable masterpiece, we already know he intends to scam the plump gallery reps who arrival for an appraisal.)

Though the haggling takes longer than Rome's conquest of Britain, it's worth the wait. Finally they arrive at an agreeable trade: he'll take the balance in flesh. Simons spanks, paddles and canes the first girl with welt-raising vigour. (The videographer hasn't a clue as to how to cover the action, but it's damned authentic.) Had anyone a scintilla of creativity the second girl would've undergone a completely different punishment. Alas, the same slap-happy abuse is performed again.
