Among the nearly two hours of footage in Naked College Coeds 45 is a handful of different spring break wet t-shirt and booty shake contests that feature a mix between genuine drunk collegiates out for a thrill and seasonal career girls who go from contest to contest collecting winnings. These contests, however, are at their best when the college girls let loose.

Also included are the usual Mardi Gras footage as well as a few short solo scenes from various Florida locals.
