Panty Mania is split down the seams into a pair of unrelated segments: The first reveals a subjective POV as women from all walks of life either show off their underwear and/or submit to a probing exploration. (Brief but tasty oral action occurs at the conclusion.)

Part two is more of a traditional fantasy-fueled sex scene in which a male student is seduced by his female teacher and therefore subject to fulfilling her whims - most of which revolve around disrobing her after various costume changes.) Eventually the couple improves student/teacher relations, jumping into a hot little boning up in the classroom.

This unpretentious, well-shot Japanese vid manages to both service its genre and take it a few steps further.
