Director John Woods really knows how to get the viewers attention. He starts this release off with credits rolling while a blonde is bound to a stake while a fuse burns on a package of dynamite strapped to her chest. Now, that's not something you see everyday.

From there the video presents two themed segments and a series of brief vignettes. First up is "Coercion," the story of an actress who opposes the evil forces known as I.C.E., which controls Hollywood's motion picture industry. She's unwilling to perform a kinky, topless scene - but they have ways to make her cooperate.

Next up is "Another Institution," the touching story of Julie Johnson's break from the private mental institution where she's been a resident since holding her best friend Amber captive after a misunderstanding concerning a man. Johnson is convinced she's evil and has befriended a delusional patient, who thinks he's a mental health doctor and uses bondage to keep the evil urges from overtaking Johnson.

Thereafter follows a scene featuring two office workers bound to chairs and whimpering, and the aforementioned Amber struggling in ropes on Johnson's garage floor.
