OK, the good news is that Reganomics 3 has some lovely amateur girls in it, who are trying out sex on camera for the first time, which is always at least a little exciting. The bad news is that director Regan Senter, who also stars in the feature, has the kind of voice, body and mannerisms of your average orthodontist, which makes this feature too clinical to really generate any kind of heat.

As we have seen many times before, it's great to be the director of an amateur feature, but it doesn't always translate to hot on camera. In other words, God bless Regan for getting himself laid, but it's sometimes hard to watch.

In fact, other than watching new girls being run through the same paces, nothing really happens here. It's sort of a porn demo that doesn't seem satisfying for anyone involved. Amateur fans might like this, but most will give it a pass.
