OK, here's the scenario: Slave Nicole is a captured spy or covert operative, and Master Len, who has donned an army jacket, is her captor, determined to extract all the information he can out of her, no matter the methods. These two seem to be making it up as they go. It's all very unserious, and even awkwardly goofy at times.

First, Nicole is tied to chair with a bright light on her. Then, Len affixes long surgical tongs very tightly to her right nipple. Later, Len forces her mouth wide open by attaching a medical device to her head. He shows her a large bug. This causes her to panic and she gives up some info.

Len also ties a plastic bag over her head and lets her almost run out of air. The mood suddenly gets very serious when Len slaps Nicole hard in the face a few times. She stops her wisecracks and starts crying. Later, she takes a flogging and whipping on her back, her eyes closed tight, intensely concentrating. Len pushes a wood screw into her nipple opening, which, evidently, really hurts. He also employs a breast pump on her.

Finally, Nicole's torso is wrapped in chains, which are attached to a bungee cord, which is attached to a pulley. There are also some small, steel spikes surrounding her labia. Retracting the pulley even the slightest amount causes her real pain.

Lastly, the chains are replaced by ropes, and Len tries to suspend her. Red-faced and streaming tears, Nicole reaches her limit and has to say enough. She's disappointed in herself.
