Story driven fetish release finds private detective Cory Lane catching up with criminal mastermind Jewell Marceau in an abandoned warehouse, which sets the stage for a seemingly looped scene of electro-shock torture. Later the tables are turned and Jewell Marceau is humiliated, bent backwards over a chair, ball-gagged and molested. A few disposable vignettes follow as well as some outtakes, which are included in the running time.

In terms of story, it's properly structured, and Miss Marceau is easily the reigning bondage queen. But the production values are embarrassing, and the discipline lacks variety.
