Behind Closed Doors is somewhat of the hardcore anime version of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. A man and woman end up in a strange, spooky mansion on the hill. They soon find that they are not simply brief guests, but intended participants in a house full of rape and torture.

Shock value is effectively executed in this story. The man and woman get separated early on as they explore the vast mansion. And as he slowly discovers what kind of house this is, it becomes urgent that he find the girl, because who knows what sort of deviant things are happening to her.

Not surprisingly, they both end up involved in some deviant stuff that arguably rivals the real world.
