Despite the very luscious female cast, the sex is inconsistent - some is hot, some not - and the production values are frequently amateurish.

Even the title is arguably misleading, as there's really nothing fetishier about these dolls than some garden-variety patent leather boots. Cytherea does her usual squirting thing in three of the six scenes, and maybe that's what the producers think of as a fetish, but since when do fishnet stockings, anal sex and girl/girl qualify as kinky (as hyped on the box)? Puh-leeze.

Only a couple scenes are anything to write home about and include the Cytherea/Tommy Gunn suck/fuck/squirt opener and super slut dynamo Jessica Dee's anal turn with Tyce Bune in scene two.

As for those production values, it's this reviewer's opinion that as long as the sex is hot, they're secondary in raincoater fare (as opposed to bigger budgeted features). But here, they're so cumulatively sub-par as to warrant skewering, and include the din of traffic noise throughout at least several scenes, one shot in which glare from the sun all but completely obscures it and during scene three's Cytherea/Demi Marx 'ho-down, the decision to slowly zoom in on a still photo on the wall of Cytherea gushing. Why?

The oddest sequence, however, has the camera shooting from outside a window as Cytherea, who is inside, squirts all over the pane. While her flash flooding is impressive, given the camera placement, she looks like she's in some kind of strange silent movie, while we have to suffer through that damn traffic din again.

It all adds up to a very average package.
