In 1998, when this was produced, the she-male craze had yet to sweep Porn Nation. Back when it was an under-underground cult genre, production values were nil, and the erotic value was an afterthought. It worked strictly on the basis of novelty value. Here's a bit of non-translated Italian transgender patchwork. Male performers wear disguises and the trannies are straight out of a '70s John Waters film. There are a few minutes during the last scene in which a tranny and some stud-muffin fingercuff the holes of a woman. Nice variation but not erotic. This same unbilled woman does a straight boy/girl scene of vaginal penetration. It doesn't belong here.

The transfer cannot be blamed: The initial production values (poor audio, atrocious lighting) were not up to snuff in the first place.
