Two nerdy-looking collegiate-aged girls, played by Rebecca Dechaikme and Spanky, are lounging around a living room, eating chips, soda and puffing on cigs. Dressed in skin-hugging athletic wear, they lamely attempt to exercise. Understanding their hopeless situation, they respond to a TV ad to get "Whacked Into Shape." Personal trainer and blonde eye candy, Erzsebet, arrives to degrade the women verbally and, after a painfully long period, discipline the girls with her hand, wooden paddles, etc.

This is supposed to be part of the American Discipline Series, yet it isn't until the fourth and final chapter of the video that either girl remotely appears (or sounds) to be enjoying the pain. Where are the writing bodies? The cries of pain? The tits, fer chrissakes? There are moments where the dynamic between the women borderlines on erotic, but either Spanky or Dechaikme giggle inappropriately, and the scene loses any validity. At face value, there is decent filming and sound, some nice closeups of welts, and, towards the end, of wincing faces, but at that point, many viewers will feel the real punishment for enduring an hour of not-so-spankable viewing.
