Nobody could ever accuse Jim Powers of a lack of creativity. Constantly pushing the outré envelope is his game, but as a series, The Bang Van is cruising on fumes. True to form, Powers mentions that a van was Ted Bundy's primo ride. Considering the fate of Ted's dates, we prefer to recall memories of Scooby and Shaggy's Mystery Van. Like that '70s cartoon, the nature of the material often recycles itself to the pint of banality. There are only so many angles and positions achievable in cramped quarters, which pretty much reveal their limitations after the initial fifteen minutes.

Thus the tape must rely on personal chemistry to win its audience over. The guys aren't what you'd call top-of-the-line studs, but they do what they can when vying for a piece of the action. The young ladies struggle to portray the relative innocence of "college" girls, but once the pretense is shed, they work minor miracles as sucking and fucking machines. (Nicole, who retains her glasses throughout her segment, clearly did not expect a facial pop to wind its sticky way under the rims.)

Spontaneous moments like this are relatively few, but if viewers enjoy cowgirl positioning, they'll be entertained by plenty of pecker-riding to gawk and spank at. Leighann is clearly the vid's prettiest roadside attraction, and viewers who yearn for naturally big knockers will appreciate Estella's bouncy rack.

If the series is to continue, we can only hope that the van's windows can be unblocked for a few country-oriented hayrides.
