Disjointed is the most judicious way we can think of to describe the "story" of Room for Rent, a high-def effort from director Bo Edwards that looks splendid but may leave viewers scratching their heads over what, if anything, it's about. It seems almost as if all of the focus during production was devoted to the cool, eye-popping shots they could get, over any consideration as to whether those shots would cut together in any cohesive way in the editing room.

What transpires in the movie is this: Ashley Long rents a room from couple Savanna Samson and Nick Manning - after peeping on Samson diddling herself through one of the front windows. Long follows the two around, spying on them fucking in various conspicuous places and joining them before you can say, "What's going on here?" In a completely unrelated subplot, Kurt Lockwood rents a room from mother-and-daughter nymphos Rebecca Bardoux and Ariana Jollee. He fucks each of them. Back to Samson, she goes to a warehouse she apparently owns at the call of night watchman Dale DaBone; the two of them discover Dana Vespoli and Kelly Kline in the throes of girl-love, and, inspired, they get down to some lovin' of their own.

The next morning (we think), incredible hot-ass Jamie Lynn comes wandering up a road, is met by a dude we only see from the back (just standin' around in the road, we guess), and asks the dude, "How much for the room?" The end. We might have forgiven all had we gotten to see her do something involving no clothes. But we don't. And so we say, "What?"
