Julia Ann plays the title role here, and things begin with her leaving her husband. On their bed, she leaves a journal detailing all the sexual encounters she has used to sate herself in her last days of their marriage. Her husband reads the journal. We hear her voice narrating between segments of hot goings on, and we see her make the carnal choices she is driven to. The video ends with the cuckold committing suicide, and the wife getting off scot-free. There are no consequences for the pain she caused.

The sex in this is strong and beautifully shot by Jake Jacobs. In one of director Brad Armstrong's best on-camera sex performances in recent memory, he and Lezley Zen play a couple visiting the doomed married pair. Ann finds herself watching the two having hard, passionate sex. When Armstrong sees her watching, he makes their sex into a show for her.
