This educational sex movie features three couples engaging in sex in many interesting, twisty positions, while a dispassionate narrator explains the health benefits of each posture. Medically, the advice is suspect (but amusing). Example: Cowgirl position is said to "correct blurry eyes and weak vision," while reverse cowgirl helps eliminate "loss of stamina or chronic fatigue." Other medical benefits to bonin'-down include getting rid of vaginal cramps and alleviating lung-damage(?). No mention is made of exactly how having sex is supposed to cure you, but the couples pretending to get down are all attractive, so this tape is worthwhile.
