This has the usual assortment of extra curricular activities from around the country: Mardi Gras, up-the-skirt, public flashing, wet t-shirt and skin to win contests, booty shakin' contests, night club flashing, naked women at Nudes A Poppin' and just basically any excuse to show exploited skin whenever possible.

Based in Tampa, they use a local lady to introduce and flash in between scenes. This time it is Holly, a delightful and charming exhibitionist who has no reservations about whipping it out in public.
