Kat and Cleo return home after a day at the beach, but they don't want the fun to end. Kat reveals her rope and suggests that they play a tickling game, again. The girls, while topless, take turns tying one another and tickling each other with their fingers and feather dusters. They giggle constantly as they explore all the tickle spots: knees, arm pits, soles of the feet and belly. Things get serious when Cleo discovers a new feather duster under the couch and then accuses Kat of tickling other girls, or even boys. One intriguing reference to a black eye received after a misplaced kick in a prior tickling session is an amusing thought.
Coral is sad. Her life is miserable. She visits her friend and therapist Jacklyn who suggests tickle therapy. Jacklyn cuffs and ties Cleo who is soon laughing her troubles away as Jacklyn's fingers tickle her sensitive spots. Later the girls change rolls, and Jacklyn is laughing, but not for long when Coral dresses and leaves her tickle therapist tied to a chair.
