John Leslie makes a distinction between his gonzo lines like The Voyeur, where the camera is a character in the action, and Fresh Meat, where the vignettes are shot feature-style, with an objective POV.

Subtitled "City Morgue and Other Points of Interest," Vol. 17 is another fine entry in the series. Four scenes, each a two-girl, one-man threeway, two of them first-rate.

In the first (a pre-nom for Threeway Sex scene), gorgeous Michelle Wild and David Perry stride into a morgue where a lovely blonde (Sandy Style) is laid out on a table. She seems to be lifeless, so it's a surprise when they both start to feel her up. They fuck each other for a while, and finally David enters the "corpse" and pumps inside her. Still no sign of life.

Suddenly the blonde sits up straight - Michelle screams. It's a terrific moment, reminiscent of the frequently copied bathtub scene from the French horror classic Diabolique. The kinky question is, do Michelle and David know she's alive when they start fucking her? Leslie doesn't provide an answer - he just wants to watch them go at it. It's all very erotic, with the camera prowling around the table, never missing a stroke. Michelle takes the anal, Sandy the ATM and both girls the facial.

The other fine scene (and Best Threeway pre-nom) has Angel Long going down on Mark Ashley in a big house. There's a great erotic image of her hand masturbating his big dick in the foreground, while a ball-gagged Nyomi Marcela descends a staircase in the background.

Nyomi teases and dildos herself. Suddenly, Leslie cuts to quick closeups of the couple's faces as they watch her. It's a cinematic stroke gives the scene a whole new level of meaning - something young might see in a feature, never in a gonzo tape.

"I love getting my ass fucked, I really do," moans Angel as Ashley pounds her on the stairs. Nyomi does a moaning obbligato for a kind of sex duet. Mark gets a double blowjob and comes in both mouths. The girls swap his semen, sucking out every drop as the camera holds on them staring into its lens. Another great erotic image.

The tape's weakest link is the scene with Aimee Tyler, Juliana Kincaid and T. T. Boy, with anal on Amy. It's oddly inert. All three, even the usually electric T. T., seem to be just going through the motions. There's lots more energy in the fourth scene, shot on some kind of tour boat in Europe, with Lucy Lee in latex getting sandwiched by Tristan and a cackling Bob Terminator.
