Blackout comedy comes to porn. The premise is that "Jack" is a would-be director of music videos whose auditions get interrupted by fucking. Like Dani Woodward, whose audition is going just fine (read: Jack almost has her clothes off) when in staggers Eric Masterson after a hard day's night on a set. Jack steps aside to take a phone call, and when he gets back, the two are in a lip lock, leading to a quiet, slow-paced and intense sex scene where long full-body shots are interspersed with way-tight close-ups.
Then Jack chats up Katya Kassin to be in the music video and calls Tyce Bun? to finish her audition, right up her vosburg. Then, the next morning, Jack wakes up next to Loni, who's eager to get back to what they were doing last night when there's a knock on the door and there's Masterson again and he gets down with the girl, again. Justine, 19, looks like a young Annette Haven, and her pale-skinned beauty inspires nostalgia for Haven as well as lust as she masturbates dressed in patterned tights. A subplot follows as Penny, upset, declares to Jack that her boyfriend cheated on her and Jack shoots her while she masturbates ("See what you're missing?") then tells Jack "Put down that video camera" and he does - so their sex scene goes unrecorded. The boyfriend (Barrett Blade) then brings his new tootsie to Jack's place so he can make a tape of his own and show Penny what she's missing.
Razzle-dazzle editing techniques - with split screen, undercranking, film look and scratched black and white - are counterbalanced by deliberate sex scenes. Or sometimes they wind up masturbation scenes, and once Jack jacks off off-screen while a buxom friend watches. Non-sequitur cut-ins and running gags involving blow-up dolls also add entertainment value.
