What would porn be like if Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis had been two of its pioneers? That is the question explored in this extremely amusing pseudo-documentary about two golden era porn buddies who've long ago split up as a team and gone their separate, largely unremarkable ways.

The mythical career of the legendary Two Boobs, Dizzy Martini (Herschel Savage) and Gary Langdon (Steve Austin), is roasted via interviews with real porn stars including Ona Zee, Sharon Mitchell, Ron Jeremy and heartbreaking bitch Nina Hartley, as well as never-satisfied AVN reviewer Tod Hunter. Segments from the duo's more famous releases, including Two Boobs in the Navy, feature plenty of appealing sex by younger, prettier performers but hardly fit the time period. There weren't really too many pierced and shaved actresses during those early years, after all.

Oddly enough, the sex scenes are where this release slows down in part because their modern appearance is at odds with the video's theme. Further, the acting ability of the performers is so strong that the sex sometimes feels more like a diversion. While it's fun to see Lee Stone banging away at some sweet young thing, the inevitable porn comeback of the oldies but goodies ultimately produces the hottest sex, with the legends themselves finally getting some. Dick Smothers, Jr. is deliciously over the top portraying "Rob Blackhart," director of the comeback feature, Two Boobs Get Pierced, Fisted and Fucked.
