This edition of DreamGirl' single-minded Special Assignment series trains its blinders on wet T-shirt"Skin To Wi" contests, with coeds in varying degrees of deshabille (and inebriation) showing off tanned epidermis as emcees and crowds encourage them to show (and do) more. Often, the girls are introduced in pairs, the better to compete in one-upmanship (or one-offmanship) or get goaded into quick kissing or other mouth contact. The sequences are quite long, which could lead to boredom if the ladies on display are't to on's taste.

There is some artifacting, and serious focus lapses, detracting from the value for tech-heads but adding to the you-are-there atmosphere.
