Jenna Loves Pain has a couple things going for it that, taken together, no other pure (i.e., no penetration) BDSM title can match.
No. 1 — the undisputed Queen of Porn.
No. 2 — a nice, healthy budget.
The result is one of the finest such titles ever made, one that has to be considered the odds on favorite to take home AVN’s Best Specialty Title – BDSM Award come January.
Everything about it — the videography, alternating between black and white, and color, the editing, the moody, trance soundtrack, the high-end latex fetish ware, the authentic BDSM action (and pssst, some cunt munching here and there; hope that doesn’t spoil things for you purists out there) set in director Ernest Greene’s handsome, authoritarian dungeon and of course, the wall to wall beautiful women, chief among them The Jenna, of course— are first rate.
As viewers will learn over the course of the production’s four scenes and through her voiceover, Jenna does indeed loves pain, both dishing it out, as she does in the opener with Fujiko Kano and the closer with Ava Vincent and Emily Martin, and lapping it up, as she does in scene three, subbing to Dru Barrymore. In the only non-Jenna scene, gorgeous Amber Michaels shows she loves pain, too, care of top Nina Hartley.
Jenna Loves Pain raises the bar for what is possible in pure BDSM titles. Considering that most other specialty companies don’t have the same type of resources, human and otherwise, it’s likely to pretty much stay in a class of its own, at least until the inevitable sequel.
Retailing: Jenna = commercial specialty title of the year, whether it wins the award or not, so stock deep. Jenna also = possible crossover appeal out of the specialty ghetto, so give it a try in your general new releases/Jenna/Vivid sections as well.
