Stylized, dreamy porn matched up with the porno equivalent of New Age muzak set against the
backdrop (mostly) of the Big Island of Hawaii serves up more of the same in the first edition of Island Fever.

This isn't meant for the raincoat crowd, rather it's meant for that oh-so elusive couples market, with its emphasis on beautiful people having sex outdoors. The scenes include a Devon and Patrick in solo scenes and Patrick with Erik Everhard and Devon with Barrett Blade. A scene with Stormy is also included with Blade, though it doesn't look like it was shot in Hawaii. The couplings are well shot with slick editing and a well-done disc authoring for, what looks like, intentional grain to give Island Fever 2 a dream-like character.
