The Fugitive is an excellent Private video that would have rated even higher if the entire damned thing hadn't been dubbed. Quality-wise, the disc is only very good, which is a slight step down from most Private DVDs. The disc also includes a behind-the-scenes vignette that plays like a low-budget E! special.
