Though the quality of the video-to-DVD transfer is decent, the uninspiring sex scenes, sub-par audio and video (source material), and a paucity of extras (chapter stops only) leave us wondering why-why-oh-why this low-end wall-to-waller would ever come out on DVD, let alone be one of the first out of the gate. We know Sunshine has better stuff in their catalog— what were they thinking?
Tech note: Whether it was supposed to be stereo or mono, we don't know—but a botched soundtrack results in a music-only left channel, with dialogue and ambient sound (dogs barking, jets flying overhead — oh, and some moaning) coming through the right. Dis-orienting, to say the least.
