Jace Rocker's pornographic nod to Woody Allen's What's Up Tiger Lily? comesto DVD, and not a moment too soon. Unfortunately, this feature, which could have been a true classic had Metro given Rocker a dime to produce it, gets the same shitty treatment on DVD. A poor job of managing the MPEG-2 compression results in a murky, grainy disc with lots of bitmapping, pixelation in the dark areas, and more video artifacts than the average video game. Damn shame.
