For whatever reasons, Japan has always been strides ahead of the United States in technology. They make better cars, radios, televisions, computers and the VCRs with which you watch videocassettes. I'm not surprised, therefore, that these two featurette tapes, popular in the Japanese underground (hardcore pornography is illegal over there) are of the finest technical quality shot-on-video cassettes I've ever viewed. for that reason alone, I recommend these pure sex tapes.

But that's not the only reason. Oriental hardcore performer have always been popular in America. However, when you look past Linda Wong and Mai Lin, there is not much talent to speak of. In the case of Ken Chan - Laundry Man and Love Melody you get sex tapes featuring only Japanese performers.

Ken Chan, the better of the two tapes, features a lifeless masturbation (shaved vagina) sequence that is perked up by a vibrator that sounds like a chainsaw. And when the extremely hyper Ken Chan goes on the prowl, the action gets very exciting. He rapes his female date after offering to wipe her when she urinates. The tape features two very good, fairly conventional hardcore scenes.

Sex at gunpoint is featured in Love Melody (I don't understand the title), a cassette that features the very attractive Tasami Kobayashi in a couple of decent fornication sequences. Other performers watch and start their own tumble in a tape that alternates between being interesting and sexually stagnant.

For those familiar with the reserved qualities of the Japanese and their sexual techniques, these two originals should prove gratifying. For the uninitiated, they provide something unique to the American video scene. Definitely worth a peek.
