Men: The only body part that will get exercise when you watch this tape will be your tongue – from hanging out. Unbelievably gorgeous playmates prance around, often naked, exercising their arms, breasts, legs and thighs.

Ladies: I have absolutely no idea why you'd choose this as an exercise tape over something more established, like the Fonda cassette or Eroticise.

If you can imagine a Playboy Magazine layout called "Girls Of The Gym," you'll get an idea of what Playboy's Playmate Workout looks like. I doubt that the exercise aspect is why most people would watch it. Sure, they do an erotic workout (not unlike Paramount's Aerobicize). They bicycle, they swim at Hef's mansion, they trampoline and they gaze seductively into the camera while stretching their ta-tas.

By the third segment, all of our lovely playmates, including hosts Jeana Tomasina and Victor Cooke do their exercising naked. But even with the creative slow motion photography, colorful settings, the sensual couples workout and stereo soundtrack, Playboy's Playmate Workout gets dull. It's kind of like staring at "Girls of the Gym: for 60 minutes. Since it can't be recommended as a workout tape, be warned that all you'll get is beautiful women; which for some, may be all you'll need.
