As with most tremendously successful mainstream films, we can expect the various adult imitations. If you have nothing against the idea of someone using another person's idea, then you'll find Fleshdance to be a very enjoyable adult film.

Directed by Ken Gibb, Fleshdance features an excellent cast consisting of Rachel Ashley, Shanna Evans, Tanya Lawson, John Leslie, Ron Jeremy and Herschel Savage.

In Fleshdance, the sexual pairing of John Leslie and newcomer Shanna Evans is simply magic. John Leslie gives his usual excellent performance both in and out of the sack. Dazzling Shanna Evans proves to be every bit as sensuous as the original girl featured in the film Flashdance.

The plot in Fleshdance as in its namesake is quite simple. Albert (Herschel Savage) with help from his buddy, Brad (John Leslie), renovate his dying strip joint into a state of the art dance club. "The Club" features the popular porno dance contest. Jennifer (Shanna Evans) enters the contest and wins the cash prize along with Brad's heart.

The film Flashdance was successful because of its great music, erotic dancing and extremely attractive cast. Fleshdance features mediocre dancing, but a horny and enthusiastic cast who perform with tremendous sexual flare. Replace each terrific dance segment from Flashdance with a high intensity sex scene, add some filler material and you have an extremely pleasant, although unoriginal, night of entertainment.
