For you non-ski buffs "hot-dogging" is a form of free-style skiing where just about anything goes. Likewise, Hot Dog... The Movie offers viewers an assortment of outlandish characters, zany situations, and more than enough off the slopes softcore action.

Patrick Houser who stars in Vestron's Weekend Pass treks from his Idaho farm to enter an international ski competition in Squaw Valley. Along the way he meets a feisty hitchhiker (cute newcomer Tracy N. Smith) and much of the plot chronicles their on and off relationship in every sense of the term. Ex-Playboy playmate Shannon Tweed heats things up even more by seducing our hero for the rest of the picture. Aren't you starting to feel sorry for this poor guy?

Aside from some superlative ski sequences (especially the final "Chinese Downhill"), the sex is served up in heaping mounds. In addition to the one on one encounters, we're treated to group activity after a wild wet T-shirt contest that left this viewer breathless.

Topbilled David Naughton briefly checks in as an over-the-hill skier, plus there's a Nazi-like nemisis, and even an Oriental opponent to round out the fun. Yet for all the super skiing and sexual stunts, Hot Dog... The Movie leaves one hungry for something more. Pass the sauerkraut!
