When I went to college at Temple University in Philadelphia, they never had extra-curricular activities like the ones found in Sister Dearest.  The story revolves around a visit by Tom Byron to his old alma matter.  He goes back to visit the frat house where some of the wildest things that could happen to a young man actually did.

Traci Lords delivers a powerful performance (then again her mere presence does it for me) as Byron’s older sister, who just happens to be the campus slut. Some of the situations she finds herself in will leave even the most jaded adult video viewer breathless.  She proceeds to take on the entire fraternity, campus and faculty by herself or with the help of her two gorgeous friends Ginger Lynn and Susan Hart.

As a special added treat, Harry Reems makes a cameo appearance as a concerned art professor who helps student Susan Hart with her painting.  She needs little help with her upward and downward strokes.

One of the more interesting aspects of Sister Dearest is the frat parties and mis-goings-on with all the hilarity and excitement of Animal House.  The characters are similar, but unique in there own way, even without a toga party.

In the meantime, Byron is faced with the serious dilemma of being a virgin in a fraternity where their motto is “throw down the books and pick up the women.” He feels totally inadequate and his brother tease and even haze him into desperation.  Alas, big sister comes to the rescue in an incestuous romantic interlude that outshines all.
