If you've been looking for a well-filmed, well-directed, well-acted, shot-on-video production, join Heather Wayne, Herschel Savage and the rest of the cast here who have found what they seek in The Pleasure Seekers.
Savage and wife Tamara Longley invite some friends up to their cabin in the "boonies" for a barbecue that never really gets cooking. All the cooking takes place between the friends, and the roofer (Marc Wallace) and his girlfriend (Wayne), who occupies Savage while her hunk lays more than shingles. The film climaxes in the billiard room where everyone takes turns with their favorite cue stick trying to get a ball in the right pocket. Wayne plays her part —a flighty exhibitionist— to the hilt; teasing Savage into submission and then laying and bending suggestively over the pool table.
As in most shot-on-video tapes, the story here is weak at best. But Karch shows a steady hand with lighting and a camera as both enhance the movie's non-stop sweaty raunch. The audio is slightly muffled, but dialogue is not necessary to enjoy this feature, so it isn't a major problem.
