There's a saying in Hollywood, about turning an "idea" into a "concept." But, apparently, the producers of Perfection never heard that line. So if you're wondering whatever happened to the thin storyline that was started at the beginning of this video, just make up your own ending.

Once upon a time, there was this high school drama coach who received a large inheritance, and invited his star pupils from the past to his pad to rehearse for his new film. Quicker than you can say "casting couch," everyone becomes reacquainted, just like old times!

Actually, if there is any fault at all with this tape, it's that they should have eliminated the story from the git-go. The sex scenes are just great, and stand alone as one of the best videos I've seen. Instead of plopping the obligatory lesbian encounter smack in the middle Perfection pairs Karen Summer and Tish Ambrose in the very first scene, and if this is the kind of activity that suits your style, then the rest of the tape just might as well be an after-thought, so wonderful is their lovemaking.

Lucky Tom Byron beds (or rather, "tables") his on-screen wife Gail Force, while some uncredited beefy guy tackles Andrea Brittain in a heated segment.

Although each person has a character to play ("hooker," "bartender," etc.) these labels remain just what they are, since no attention is paid to the sloppy idea for this story. Mysteriously, R. Bolla appears only in the last sex scene with Heather Wayne, and no mention is made of the fact that it is his voice on the speaker system, (a la Charlie's Angels) in the mansion of the drama teacher. If you can overlook the unresolved story, see Perfection simply for the close encounters of these couples, and the viewing will live up to its name.
