Eva Deauville (Joanna Storm) and her assistant Melanie (Taija Rae) are searching for the perfect man to be the Valentine centerfold for their women’s magazine. Evan and Melanie go all over the country auditioning men. Melanie likes the young bodies and tries them out, but Eva wants a man, not a boy. She has a fantasy image in mind, who turns out to be John Holmes.
The film is beautifully shot with lush color and texture. It abounds in great-looking male and female bodies, which makes it a film women will like. The sex scenes are long and energetic – some cases a little too long. The most outstanding pairing is between Miles (Buck Adams) and Jenny (Sondra Stillman). They really make love to each other with tenderness, humor and passion. They talk, touch and make love as if they mean it.
Taija Rae takes on two California surfer boys (Billy Dee and Francois Papillon) and gets well taken care of. Jerry Butler does a hot scene with Joanna Storm, and lucky Steve Drake gets first Amber Lynn, then Taija Rae.
The sets, costumes and camerawork in Looking For Mr. Goodsex are all top-notch. The stars are among the best-looking available and the plot carries the action along. The sex scenes could have been paced a bit faster, but all in all, it is a good couples’ film that offers hot bodies for everyone to fantasize about and sex that gives women equal time and pleasure.
