There are several ways to handle any foreign film – even adult ones.

1.  You can subtitle it.  Drawback: Sometimes you miss an important piece of action while you’re trying to find out what was said.

2.  You can dub it.  Drawback: Nuances of the original language are often lost in translation, as is the vocal expression of the actors.

3.  You can do a What’s Up, Tiger Lily, meaning that you can totally do away with the original soundtrack, write your own script, and, depending on your writing ability, perhaps come out with a winning product.  Drawback: Self-evident.  Talent wins out.

4.  Or you can do what producer Chuck Vincent has done; remove most of the original soundtrack, add people doing bad imitations of W.C. Fields and Mae West reciting unfunny limericks and making various lewd comments about the action.  The French honeys oblivious to the American tampering, cavort blissfully at the girls’ school they attend, do sexy things to each other, and wait for the arrival of the imitation Santa Clauses.

Now, this would seem ready-made for some sort of decent parody – I can think of about a dozen good ideas just sitting here – but I don’t think anybody’s turned on by smug innuendos about teenage girls fooling around with each other and the dirty young men from across the courtyard… when the French don’t even allow you to show any come shots!

So what can I say?  The French girls are cute, even when you turn the sound off… which you inevitably will.  The flick looks like it might have possibilities if redone by someone with talent.  This is definitely not a candidate for #1 or #2 above, but there’s got to be a sex-fiend with Woody Allen’s writing abilities out there somewhere!
