Reviews

This is one of those videos that I really wish I could say something better about. For one thing, the sex isn't that good, largely because much of it isn't performed by Kelly Nichols and Tigr. And when the stars (mostly Tigr) do get into the act, their partners just aren't interesting. I can easily believe that this was shot on location in Australia, because the repressive atmosphere of that country comes through loud and clear, especially in its actors.

And yet, there are a couple of very good reasons to see this feature. For one thing, Kelly Nichols has written and directed a very amusing role for herself. She and Tigr are freelance writers/photographers for an American sex magazine, who get assigned to do a series on "Sex Around the World," starting with "A" — Australia. From there we're treated to several shots of the harbor at Melbourne . . . perhaps too many. This isn't, after all, a travelogue. And then there's the witty repartee between Kelly and Tigr. It's not that it isn't cute, but this is a sex picture, and the viewer justifiably wants to know by now when "things" are going to happen. So when we do see some very ordinary people going at it, and then some very ordinary people doing it with Kelly and Tigr, we feel a little cheated.

The two main things that give this picture its watchability are Tigr's fantasy sequence (which you have to suffer through a lot to get to), and the strip show of Magnolia Thunderbuns (there's no sex, but it's one hell of an act). Those two scenes, plus the really attractive chemistry between Kelly and Tigr, make this a tape to consider watching at least once.
