They say that the New York porn scene is dead, and the lack of talent in the big city often shows in films and videos shot there. But Nina Peta, an attractive brunette European newcomer with small, firm breasts and a thin body, has the opportunity to revive porn in the Big Apple. She takes otherwise mundane material in Firebox and makes it a tape worth watching.
The skinny plot has something to do with the sales of weapons, with people like Ron Jeremy and Jeanna Fine trying to sell war equipment in the million dollar arrange. Then halfway through the tape, the story is forgotten and Firebox becomes an all-sex video.
Despite a few technical flaws (shadows in the background in scenes supposedly taking place outside), the sex is pretty good. Nina steals the show in segments with Annette Heinz and Ron Jeremy. It's basic grind-it-out raunch, but pretty decent for its kind. Only one camera is used during the taping of Firebox, but at least director Louis Warren knows where to point it.
