If you don't mind the constant cheap T&A tricks and rather obscure story, then you'll find Forbidden Pleasures to be an erotic showcase for these foreign cinema stars. Plenty of new faces (and rears, and breasts etc.) match up in lesbian duos, boy-girl trios, and even a male/blow-up doll solo, while the story meanders through the foreign countryside looking for direction.

But forget the story (apparently the director and cast does), and concentrate on these lovely French beauties. There's something here to meet nearly everyone's taste: athletes, blondes, brunettes, perfect bodies, a somewhat Rubenesque heiress, etc. Even the blow-up doll, who sustains a rather savage beating at the hands of the man "who blew life into her," performs like a trooper. With legs flailing our latex lover takes it all in what has got to be one of the most unique scenes in recent memory. Also worth remembering is the gardener's plowing of a cute blonde with a great body, and the trios at the end. Actually most of the action takes place during the last half of the flick, and all you'll miss is some nice scenic shots if you fast forward to the midway point.

Like all foreign films, there are voice dubs. That's good or bad, depending on your own personal taste (personally, I can't understand why they dub moans). Production wise the film is good, with plenty of outdoor shots and nicely handled indoor scenes. There's too much giddy laughing, panty-less tennis and other old nudie tricks to highly recommend Forbidden Pleasures. The sex, however, is worth a rental.
