The Wedding is simply that a video tale of a guy and girl getting hitched. But continuity problems and story gaps abound, leaving this volume of the "Who's Next" gang's latest exploits a collection of average-to-mundane sex acts
As bride and groom, Dirty Gary and Lonnie Stills feel they have a perfect marriage, except they both fantasize about other lovers. Gary remembers his wild times with Chanel, while Stills relives a tryst with just another one of the "gang." But while Gary's fantasy takes place before the ceremony. Stills has her daydreams afterwards. And it's never explained how she manages to elude her husband, the reception and her white gown to jump into bed in a black garter belt and hose and her dream lover. And then after a couple of irrelevant sex scenes—an interracial number with Jeannie Pepper and John Dragon (the guy with a dragon tattooed on his penis) and newcomer Hope and her man—the bride is back in white and consummates her marriage the old fashion way.
The video and audio quality is good, and the camerawork provides a good view of the sex. Too bad the sex really isn't worth watching. The only good scene is the one with Hope, but that's interrupted by another sex scene just when things start to get good. Hope and her lover do reappear for a raunchy wet shot that is by far the best in the show (some of the other scenes don't even have them).
In today's glutted market, this is just another shot-on-video feature. As a whole, there's nothing special on which to recommend this title. There are similar "stories" on the market already, with better sex and story, with which you'd be better off.
