Therehave been some worthwhile adult ventures into the genre of science-fiction and fantasy. One immediately recalls Ultra Flesh and Irresistible as excellent fantasies with good hot action. But Twilight Pink II certainly isn't one of them.

That is not to say that there isn't some worthwhile sex on the screen. Ron Jeremy, veteran performer that he is, shows some style in the third of this flick's three segments, but he can't save the lowly script.

The other sections aren't much better. What I'd describe as "Country Folk versus The Aliens" has a cute twist at the end, but while it may be the best segment sexually, it's not likely to get you off. Sharon Kane, however, looks very nice, but she's underutilized.

The less said about the middle part, the better. Grove Press had a book out several years ago called "Screen," about a man who's able to bring characters he sees on the movie screen to life... and he concentrates on beauties like Liz Taylor, who he takes as his lover. Well, this segment reverses that idea, but to no avail. It's just not interesting.

Also of minimal interest is Sterling Rod (played by "himself") as the narrator. In many ways, he gives one of the best acting jobs this flick has to offer... and he's not in any sex scenes. That should tell you a lot. Twilight Pink II was filmed a few years ago, but makes its debut on home video now.
