Tami Monroe's debut feature for Caballero is an auspicious one. She plays a naive, sweet young thang from the hills who leaves home when her grandpappy (Fred Lincoln) guns down her lover Tom Byron. Family feud and all that jazz. Following the classic storyline of the young innocents abroad-theme, she goes to the city to seek out her aunt (Cheri Taylor) who also happens to be a whorehouse madam.
Monroe deftly plays the role of a girl caught between her sensuality and lack of experience. She just doesn't understand wordliness. Kudos for some terrific back-up (particularly Tori Welles in her role as a hooker) and Fred Lincoln's on the nose sense of story. Coming of Age is a highly entertaining and arousing sex feature.
