When it comes to this series of tape, the average viewer can't say he didn't know what to expect. In the case of the Backdoor to Hollywood sexvids, the title sums up what will be on view; a generous helping of anal sex scenes shot with the fanny-fancier in mind. With all that taken in consideration, I would have to say that Backdoor to Hollywood, Part 8 makes it as an entry in the annals (sorry) of the series, although some less-than perfect production values and a lack of variety in the sex make it a marginal feature on its own merits.

A behind-the-scenes tale of Tinseltown politics and backstage lust, Backdoor has good performances from most of the cast, particularly star Rachel Evans, male lead Rick Daniels and the bubbly Champagne. "Rear action" dominates all the sense, sometimes to the detriment of a scene's momentum, and it can be jarring when you hear an off-screen voice instruct Ron Jeremy to "look at her tits." But to coin a phrase, "for those that like this sort of thing, this is the sort of thing they like." Let's hope that the Backdoor titles haven't bottomed out, for they do sell and rent well.
