The slight plot of two guys visiting a strip bar is merely used as a trigger to set up the various on-stage acts by the large array of girls.  Actually, The Adventures of Phil and Matty is a thinly veiled "you are there" documentary, with cutaways to the two novices panting and going wide-eyed as the luscious babes disrobe.

Loaded with topless material, the tape features plenty of strip action, with an array of costumes and nice lighting and pacing.  The women are nice and this is a perfect tape for those into mild T&A.  For penetrating sex, though, viewers will have to look elsewhere.
