Nina Hartley plays Dr. Streep of the "Sex Throat Institute", so I guess that sort of makes her practitioner of Street throat. Anyway, Hartley conducts classes in the womanly art, proving that a little fellatio goes a long way to cure common everyday maladies like warts, cancer, stroke, death, etc. To prove her point, she produces a patient named Enzo (Don Fernando) who cannot speak unless he's engulfed like a Coney Island red hot. Now we know who to blame for some of Fernando's later debacles.
Some of the names in the cast should be a tipoff to this show's age. Taken on its merits, The Kiss is constant, and relentless lip o' suction if you like your action served up with a minimum of pretext. Nothing spectacular, but a couple of nice sex scenes (Hartley and Buddy Love for one). Good deal for diehard Jeanna Fine fans.
