A female Russian spy using sex to infiltrate the American political system is outwitted by Bat Bitch (redhead Jacqueline in a black mask and cape), whose sexual skills can undermine any evil.  Reporter Randy Spears happens upon the story and has some very funny dialogue, as he constantly talks in voice-over.  The sex scenes are generally hot, especially Spears with Jacqueline.  What could have been a cliched plot device is saved with Spears’ excellent deadpan performance.  A pretty good feature helps Fantasy get back on the right track.
