Tom Byron looks slightly overaged as a college student who falls under the sexual spell of his boarding house owner. Forsaking his grades for a more natural style of education, he eventually becomes a submissive slave to her desires.
As the concierge, Hyapatia is a delight to watch, filling out her sketchy (and uncharacteristically nasty) role with smoldering intensity.
Lee’s considerable merits aside the story remains in the embryonic stage to accommodate the usual bag of tricks. A silly cliffhanger ending leaves the viewer disappointed rather than intrigued, though fans of light B&D may want to hang in. Some good sex; not a great entry for Hyapatia.
