It takes a small cast, one set and a very slim story to test a director’s ability to turn next-to-nothing into a decent girl-girl feature. The next-to-nothing story has club owner Jeanna Fine telling each of her girls that she’s the “special one.” The master of the genre, Bruce Seven, shows us here how it’s done. Instead of the standard five, he uses just a pair of one-on-ones, a group scene and intersperses these with four dance/strip acts. This last ingredient really sets this entry apart from so many that have gone before it. The juices really get going with the semi-yearly appearance of Lois Ayres. It’s such a novelty that it adds to the sexiness of the entire proceedings. A very well-done wall-to-waller done on a low-budget.
