Carol Cummins introduces each segment of this all-sexer as part of a "government sponsored" research project, but little is really done with this idea. Kisses Don't Lie lacks originality, and becomes consigned to the pile of monthly releases that will provide a mere diversion for the retail renter.

In one memorable outing, Randy West and Arcie Miller do the horizontal mambo in a tent-like structure with slippery passion. Likewise an entertaining couch trip by Cummings and Angela Baron. Otherwise it's the average sexvid with few special moments.
